ORRIN BENFORD - MANAGING DIRECTOR ORANGE SOCCER LTD
Orrin holds a unique array of qualifications that have culminated in the creation of Orange Soccer LTD and its Academy & OFCA. Orrin is UEFA B qualified Football Coach with 12 years experience of coaching in the game from the grassroots up to professional elite academies across Europe & USA. This background helps ensure Orange Soccer stays relevant and doesn't lose touch with the Community it is part of.
Orrin is also a CIMA qualified Management Accountant and former Project Finance Manager and has a degree in Sports Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. These financial and project management skills are passed on to OFCA candidates throughout their course, to ensure the Coaches can underpin their coaching with solid business understanding. From logistics to cash flows, Orrin's qualifications and experiences in the Corporate world will give all OFCA Coaches the business skills they need to run their own successful Orange Soccer Academy

GARY BLOWERS - BRAND DIRECTOR OF ORANGE SOCCER
Gary has a proven track record in establishing and building brands – for both himself and other organisations.
He is the co-founder of VIVA - a brand-led business consultancy that works with business leaders to develop
brand and marketing strategies to drive their business forward. VIVA operates in the USA, Europe & Middle East. He also established an online retailing brand called Furniture Port and sits on a number of boards in an advisory role.
Gary supports Orrin in developing innovative ways to build the Orange Soccer brand and it is this area where we see
huge potential for Orange Soccer.
In 2014, Gary created and launched The Nicest Job in Britain’ campaign which achieved an outreach of over 900 million
people in 128 countries. The initiative supported 45 charities around Britain and generated hugely valuable press coverage
and social media content for those involved.
Gary has a degree in International Business & Management from Aston University, Birmingham and has 24 years of
football playing experience from the grassroots to semi-professional level.
LEE WADDINGTON - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL AND OFCA
Lee Waddington holds the UEFA 'A' license as well as the latest age-specific FA Advanced Youth Award and has worked for Manchester United, Manchester City and Blackburn Rovers academy's, written numerous articles, appears as a Master Coach on the FA Licensed Coaches website and has presented at conferences.
He has over 23 years’ experience in the field of soccer; club/academy strategy, leadership development, change management, talent development/management, high performance teams and organisational development.
Lee is a highly skilled and qualified coach, strategist, team builder, a powerful facilitator and change agent. His passion is transformation and empowerment which he facilitates through individual and team coaching, team/coach/player development workshops, consulting assignments and organisation wide strategic change interventions. He created a unique learning model and game-based curriculum - 'THE SKILLS CYCLE' which focuses on inquiry, deep learning and authentic experiences – now serving as OFCA’s foundation.
He has worked and consulted at leading local and global clubs and academy's in the professional and private sector throughout the UK and internationally in the USA, Australia, Canada and across Europe.
The knowledge and experience OFCA pass on to our coaches is second to none and with football constantly evolving we ensure all our coaches are made aware of any new developments within the game thus ensuring all OFCA’s coaches are on top of their game.
Lee is responsible for the selection, management and continual professional development of the Orange Soccer Academy coaches and will ensure the standard of coaching at Orange Soccer Academies is at a professional, elite level.
MICHAEL HARGREAVES - HEAD COACH ORANGE SOCCER PRESTON ACADEMY
Michael is a UEFA B License qualified Coach and has completed the FA Youth Award Modules. He have been coaching for seven years throughout the North West of England and the USA.
Michael started his coaching career working for Challenger Sports in 2009 on soccer camps all over the east coast of the USA. He then worked at the American Youth Soccer Organisation (AYSO) in Los Angeles coaching all the age groups at the organisation.
In 2011 Michael was Head Coach of the U15s boys’ and girls’ teams at Shreveport United Soccer Club in Louisiana.
He then worked for New Jersey Soccer group coaching an U8s boys’ team, U10s girls’ team and an U12s boys’ team outside New York.
In 2008 Michael spent time in Brazil at Oscar Inn Football Academy in Sao Paulo training and playing with elite Brazilian youth players and observing their coaches and how they learn. For the past eighteen months he has been Lead Coach at a Championship club Academy where he currently coaches the U11s. Michael also works with the 6s, 7s, and 8s within the club’s Pre Academy.
JAMIE MILLIGAN - HEAD COACH @ ORANGE SOCCER LYTHAM ACADEMY
A successful professional footballer with a playing career spanning over 18 years playing both at international level for England Under 18’s and 21’s, the Barclays Premiership with Everton FC and experience of playing in various English divisions. Making over 400 first team appearances in total.
Fully qualified UEFA A License coach.
Module 1, 2 & 3 qualified.
Having worked my way up through the ranks from apprentice to professional my playing experience gives me both credibility and knowledge allowing me to successfully manage youth team players through to seasoned professionals. A committed and dedicated coach, focused on people development and building a strong team work ethic to get the best out of all players.
