“Amazing coaching at OSA. Great at building confidence and providing a fantastic environment to develop key football skills. All the coaches communicate well with the players. Explaining drills and tweaking the difficulty level as they go. They work in small groups so they get plenty of time on the ball. We felt welcome on day 1 and they keep the kids engaged and deal with any messing about in a constructive way. All the boys and girls get better every week. What more could you ask for? His understanding of the game, rules, tactics and ideas have all been so useful to develop him as a player and improve him for his team games. The level of enthusiasm and energy these guys bring to the sessions each week is incredible. I want what they’re having for breakfast! But honestly, I think it’s just a genuine love of what they do and love for football, something which they’re clearly bringing out in every child they teach.
